The Holland Center is currently evaluating applications for children to start in:
- Fall 2008 (Current Term)
Monday-Friday mornings
- Winter 2009 (Begins January 09)
Monday-Friday Full Time
Holland Center Enrollment Considerations:
A minimum of a 6-month commitment to attend Holland
Parent involvement (attend parent meetings, trainings, etc.)
Parents have to provide their own transportation
The child has to follow a Gluten/Casein/Peanut Free diet while at the center

Payment and Insurance Information:
Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota
Holland Center is a participating provider through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Minnesota. Majority of the BCBS of MN plans will cover VB intensive behavioral services at Holland, however it is plan specific. We suggest checking with your plan ahead of time to see if our services are covered. Parents are responsible for payments not covered by the insurance benefits (including deductibles/co-pays) and will be billed separately by Holland Center. Holland is in-network for Select and Aware Networks.
MCHA (Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association)
Holland Center is a participating provider through Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association. Majority of the MCHA plans will cover VB intensive behavioral services at Holland, however it is plan specific. We suggest checking with your plan ahead of time to see if our services are covered. Parents are responsible for payments not covered by the insurance benefits (including deductibles/co-pays) and will be billed separately by Holland Center.

Insurance (other than BCBS of MN and MCHA)
Holland Center is NOT a participating provider with any other insurance company; however there have been individual cases where parents have been able to obtain benefits to cover VB intensive behavioral services. Parents are responsible to inquire and obtain benefit information, exclusions, etc and individually negotiate with their insurance carrier.
Holland Center is NOT Medical Assistance/TEFRA provider.
